Cancellation and Appointment Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note the following policies:
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.
- Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Deposits for certain styles are non-refundable if you cancel or are a no-call no-show.
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for tardiness.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your service being rescheduled, and you will be charged 100% of the service price.
- Deposits will be applied to your service.
- Non-refundable deposits will be forfeited if you cancel or are a no-call no-show.
